Calm Calls provides a calm and safe space for you to de-stress, vent, and talk with an empathetic and caring person who will listen in a confidential and non-judgmental way and help you relax and feel calmer. Kendra offers emotional support, wellness knowledge, relaxation techniques, and kindness when you need it the most.

What happens during a session? For part of the session, you will simply talk with Kendra via phone or video call. You are free to talk and vent about your stressors, worries, struggles, and anything that is on your mind. Kendra will offer a listening ear and offer helpful emotional support and wellness advice pertaining to your situation. Throughout the session, and especially near the end, Kendra will guide you through different relaxation techniques to help relax, calm, and soothe your mind and body. Please note that this is not a mental health or therapy service.

Cost: $75/session (package of 4) OR $95 (single session). Sessions last up to 40 minutes long.

Pay-What-You-Can: Kendra understands that times are tough for many people. For this reason, Kendra donates a portion of her time each month to work with clients who can’t afford her normal Calm Call rates. RELATIONSHIPS - LIFE - WORK - SCHOOL - FAMILY - FRIENDS - HEALTH

Connection and having someone to talk to is one of the most important things for our mental health and well-being, especially when we are stressed and overwhelmed. Unfortunately, studies show that over half of the population feels lonely a majority of the time and is chronically stressed or anxious. Not having someone to talk to, or having effective stress-management tools, increases stress, depression, anxiety, sleep issues, mood disorders, mental health issues, and physical health problems. Connection matters. Stress-relief matters. This is why Kendra offers Calm Calls.
